What happened

A provider table under the name OpenLatch writes already exists in the agent's config and does **not** point at our loopback listener — it is somebody else's. Install refuses rather than overwriting it, because uninstall could not then round-trip the file: the reversal would delete a table that was never ours and restore a pointer we never recorded.

What to do

Rename or remove the conflicting [model_providers.<name>] table, then run openlatch init.
