What happened

The model relay bound its port but a synthetic request could not complete the round trip to the provider through it, so the agent was deliberately left unwired (model_relay::preflight). Reported by init — which exits non-zero while leaving hooks, daemon and supervision fully installed — and by doctor. NOT a daemon-fatal condition: the daemon keeps serving and re-wires itself as soon as the probe passes.

What to do

Run openlatch system proxy test to check the route to the provider, then openlatch doctor.
