Cursor's relay is wired and no decrypted Cursor request has reached it since (doctor's agents.cursor.relay.traffic = "unproven"). One proof for the whole agent: the relay cannot tell the CLI's requests from the IDE's. Remedy: start one Cursor agent turn.
