What happened

The daemon refused a CLI process's telemetry hand-off (POST /admin/telemetry/events): the body was over the byte cap, or not a batch of telemetry events within the event cap. Nothing was relayed and nothing is retried — the events are dropped (I4). Only another process sees this, and the CLI ignores it; there is nothing for an operator to do.
