What happened

This code comes from the client's integration with OpenCode, an agent that is not yet supported. The agent's shared background service is running without the model relay, so the desktop app's model calls are not recorded yet. The agent keeps working. The doctor output names the cause.

Quit the agent's desktop app and every terminal session of the agent, then open the desktop app again.
