OL-1423 — Agent relay not yet proven

What happened

This code comes from the client's integration with OpenCode, an agent that is not yet supported. The model relay is wired for the agent, but no model call from it has been recorded yet.

What to do

Run the agent once from a shell that loads the OpenLatch environment (env.sh, or env.ps1 in PowerShell).
