OL-1418 — Another file holds the plugin path

What happened

This code comes from the client's integration with OpenCode, an agent that is not yet supported. A file OpenLatch did not write sits where the client would write the agent's plugin, and the client never overwrites it.

What to do

Move that file elsewhere, then run openlatch init again.
