OL-1413 — Cursor hooks file has an unknown format

What happened

Cursor's hooks.json is not a file this build can safely write into: it does not parse, or its root version is present and is not the integer 1 Cursor documents. Install refuses rather than writing into a format it does not know — a guess there could stop the whole file loading, the developer's own hooks included. The remedy is to fix or move the file and re-run openlatch init.
