OL-1240 — Evaluation input row is malformed

What happened

A row frame that did not deserialise into a request row: an event that is not an object, a now_ms that is not an integer, a state_in that is not a register file. **One row, never the stream** — the frame is answered with an error response and the run continues, so a replay reports "all but four events evaluated" instead of dying midway.

Correct the row named in the output and run the evaluation again.
