OL-1221 — Proxy is unreachable

What happened

A proxy is configured, but the proxy itself did not answer: the TCP connect to the proxy host failed, or an HTTPS CONNECT through it timed out or was refused. The destination is never reached because the client cannot even establish the tunnel to it. Verify the proxy host and port are correct and reachable from this machine before suspecting the destination.

What to do

Check the proxy host and port with openlatch system proxy status, then run openlatch system proxy test.
