OL-1220 — No route to the platform

What happened

The platform could not be reached at all: no proxy is configured, and the direct connection to the platform failed at the TCP/DNS level. Distinct from OL-1221 below — that code fires when a *proxy* is in the path and unreachable, whereas this one means egress never had a proxy hop to blame. Check outbound DNS resolution and firewall rules for the host running the daemon.
