What happened

No successful poll within stale_warn_after_secs. Warning only — the resident bundle keeps enforcing. Measured from the last successful poll (connectivity), not from built_at (policy age), and a 304 counts as a successful poll.

What to do

Check the machine's connection to the platform with openlatch doctor. Once it is restored, run openlatch system aip refresh to fetch the latest bundle at once.
