OL-1207 — Outbox entry set aside

What happened

An outbox entry failed repeatedly within the current daemon lifetime and was quarantined so the queue can drain past it. The entry is dropped from the outbox without ever reaching the cloud — only emitted after the per-id attempt count crosses OUTBOX_MAX_ATTEMPTS.

What to do

Run openlatch doctor --rescue and send the diagnostic file to support so the entry can be examined.
