openlatch init and openlatch doctor show whether each agent's model calls are ready to be recorded, and Windows setup asks for less.

openlatch init and openlatch doctor report, for each agent, whether its model calls are ready to be recorded, and what is still missing.
openlatch init asks before restarting an agent that was already running, and names the ones it leaves for you to restart.
A Cursor that was already open during openlatch init is covered once you quit and reopen it; reloading its windows is not enough.
On Windows, setup no longer raises a Firewall prompt, and the certificate trust dialog is preceded by the certificate's thumbprint so you can check it.
On Windows, stability fixes for Cline, for a reinstall after openlatch uninstall --purge, and for restarts.
Groundwork for a coding agent that OpenLatch does not yet support. Nothing changes for the agents already wired.
